One More Chapter (OMC) Book Club

This Book Club began in November 2000 with a handful of members and has continued growing and changing!

THURSDAY NIGHT READING GROUP HISTORY

The reading group began in November 2000. It started when Janet Hamilton offered her volunteer services to lead story hour. Not being a need in our library at that time for a regular story hour, she agreed to lead an adult reading group. Janet led the group through the first three books. At that time, she decided to pursue more education and we continued with the group. Our group has grown from nine members to as many as twenty members. These days we try to keep it at around 12 members.

In 2021 The Reading Group renamed itself to One More Chapter (OMC) and started meeting off-site, on the third Tuesday of the month during the day, due to the Pandemic. They continue to meet off-site...
